Sixteen years of building industrial and commercial facilities.
DEMO Construction started in 2009 as a small contracting firm run by three engineers. Today a team of forty builds industrial facilities in Baku and the regions.
What we do
Industrial warehouses, production floors, cold storage and commercial buildings. We handle every stage ourselves, from design through to handover, rather than passing work to subcontractors.
How we work
Each project gets its own engineering team. The client deals with one person, and that person is accountable for the whole process.
The schedule is written into the contract and tracked with weekly reports. If something slips, we put the reason in writing.
Certification
We hold a construction licence, ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 45001 for occupational safety.
