How long does construction take?

A 3,000 m² steel-frame warehouse usually takes five to six months. Production facilities run longer because of equipment installation. The exact period goes into the contract.

Do you prepare the design, or do we need to bring one?

Either works. If you have a design we build to it. If not, we prepare one and take it through state expert review.

Do you provide a warranty?

Five years on structural work and two years on finishes. Defects found within the warranty period are put right at our expense.

How is the price calculated?

We give an initial figure per square metre. The exact amount is set by the cost estimate once the design is ready. The estimate is free and carries no obligation.

What are the payment terms?

Staged payments. Thirty per cent to start, then monthly against work completed. The final ten per cent is paid after handover.
